About Me

Hello!

In my day to day, I work as a Software Engineer. Though I do enjoy this, I've found that my true passions lie in philosophy and culture, and their intersection. I love to consume art (specially music, literature, and videogames) and trying to understand how they communicate ideas. I am exploring that in my personal blog in Spanish: https://blogelarca.com/

I write for a small zine called Trial and Error Collective (http://www.trialanderrorcollective.com/), as well as do concert photography for it. Other pictures I like to take are candid images of friends and people, abstractions, and urban locations. Take a look! https://www.flickr.com/photos/146507352@N06/

I enjoy spending time with friends, having philosophical discussions, watching live music, playing games, slowing down to drink tea, and walking around parks and unexplored parts of the city.

The world has many beautiful things that are worthy of being explored and celebrated. I feel that through Couchsurfing I can meet people that feel the same way and can teach me amazing things!

You can expect from me a desire to have a great conversation about either travel, philosophy, culture, music or whatever. Im always interested to learn about others and their passions.

I won't accept your request if it is generic. I'd prefer you read my profile and share something about yourself :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined CouchSurfing to share my place with travelers as well as to get to travel the world while getting to know locals on the way. My preferred way of traveling is seeing the place through a local´s eyes, visiting spots and events that reflect the culture and best qualities of the area. I also love to welcome new people to keep that traveling experience even when I´m home.
