I'm a Software Engineer living in Seattle, WA. I'm a cyclist, private pilot and travel the world as much as possible when not working. I spent a semester studying in Newcastle, Australia in college and graduated from the University of Kansas.

I love expanding my horizons and learning about other people's perspectives. There's no better way to truly understand and relate to a new culture than meeting local people in new places.

Some of my favorite memories are with complete strangers I met traveling alone or through Couchsurfing. For me, one of the most fulfilling experiences in life is getting thrown into a new city and finding my way around.
