Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet new people, have interesting conversation, go on excursions, laughing all the while!
ABOUT ME
Hey! I'm Noah and I teach English. I love practicing Spanish, hanging out with other travelers, and eating great food. I'm gay and of course LGBT friendly. I'm also an intense lover of dachshunds, raunchy (but clever) comedy, and almost all cheeses.
PHILOSOPHY
I think we should all live and travel with mutual respect and try to laugh as much as possible.
"To move, to breathe, to fly, to float,
To gain all while you give,
To roam the roads of lands remote,
To travel is to live."
-Hans Christian Andersen
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm open to all aspects of CS :) I wish I could host more but since I live in a shared flat, it's a bit more difficult.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
-I surfed with Jesus in Sevilla, who was a great host to my friend and me.
-I met up with other Couchsurfers in Sevilla for drinks and dinner. We strolled through the city and laughed a ton!
-I've been to Birra de Brian CS meetup in Valencia, Spain for una cerveza o dos.
-Stayed with Frank in Medellín, Colombia for five days and had a great time exploring the city with him and his friends.
-Surfed with Sebastian in Bogotá, Colombia for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed his twisted humor and crazy cat Zeus.
-Stayed with Albert in Cusco, Peru and had a great language exchange with him and his friends.
- I met up with Ryota and his friends in Osaka, Japan. He took us to try some really good Takoyaki (griddled octopus balls) and amazing ramen noodles.
-I hung out with Nori from Kyoto, Japan and we visited the fun town of Nara, where thousands of wild deer walk around and interact with tourists.
-I spent the day with Yuka in Kyoto, Japan and we went to various landmarks and temples in the city. She let me try a lot of really delicious Japanese snacks.
-I had a Thai dinner and more than a few sassy drinks with Wen and his pals in Hong Kong.
Interests
I love bicycling, swimming, going to the beach, doing excursions to other cities, trying new foods, reading, theatre, movies, languages, different accents, and of course meeting new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once, I was snorkeling on the big island of Hawaii in Kealakekua, and a pod of wild spinner dolphins swam into the bay with us. We were literally feet away from them. It was pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm an English Teacher so I can teach you and you can help me with your own language!
I speak Spanish and can help you learn if you're interested.
I really like to save money while travelling, so I would love to share budget travel tips (especially when it comes to good, cheap food)!
I like learning new languages. I'm horrible at cooking so if you can teach me that, I'd be much obliged!
