Overview
About Me
Hi I'm Noah! I'm currently studying Political Science & Media Arts at the University of Montana, though my true home is Portland, Oregon where I grew up. I'm an ambivert -- more introverted than extroverted, with some incredibly well-developed faking skills. Photography is my what I spend most of my free time pursuing. I also enjoy most physical activities, whether that's hiking and exploring new places, skiing, tennis, basketball and table tennis.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy traveling (cliche, I know), getting to know locals and living in a homey environment rather than the sterile atmosphere of a hotel or somewhere else. The people are what matter.
Interests
- photography
- hiking
- tennis
Music, Movies, and Books
Music - I have a fond appreciation for music, and am fascinated by how a song can bring back memories from a specific time. I'm constantly searching for new tunes and am open to most genres, with my favorites being electronic and indie-alternative. Currently I'm very into Tourist.
Movie - Ocean's Eleven/Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
Book - The Bosnia List/Steal Like An Artist. I really should read more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Soaked in the Széchenyi Thermal Baths in Budapest. Probably want to live in Budapest at some point in my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can keep to myself when need be, but also enjoy in-depth, deep conversations whenever the time is right. I respect and appreciate hosts offering their homes as a place to stay and to meet people across the world. I am flexible and can go to bed early and/or stay up late.
