Overview
About Me
I'm currently a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at UNC Chapel Hill/NC State University, researching rehabilitative orthopaedic devices.
I grew up in Silicon Valley, and finished my Bachelor's at UC Santa Barbara in 2017 before moving to North Carolina.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems like an intimate and interesting way to meet locals during travels while saving money along the way.
Interests
Tennis, biking, jogging, and snowboarding are my biggest active interests.
I try to take my camera wherever I can with me.
If I could be anywhere at any given time it would be either walking on the beach, hiking in the mountains, or exploring the local area.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've played tennis 24 hours straight (except for eating and restrooms :P) for a charity fundraiser. :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I lived in a student co-operative house in Santa Barbara for four years, and my largest incentive was to join to meet and learn from international students from a variety of backgrounds and countries about their own cultures/experiences.
I love talking accessible science with others.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Weird combinations of ingredients with meals that a lot of friends tend to enjoy.
A passion for Avatar the Last Airbender, the Harry Potter series, and Roger Federer.
Fun science facts.
