Sicily my island, my family, my friends, my "green" job, my actions for justice, peace and environment defence, my memories and my dreams... It's almost all about me.

My main interest right now is the battle against the longest and the most useless bridge of the world national government wants to build to link Sicily with the other part of Italy. This bridge would destroy a so beautiful coast (also Homerus in Odyssey told about this charming coast), without any good effects for transportation and local economy.

Other interests: rock climbing, snorkelling, biking, trekking and some other words ending with "ing" :p

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Camping in Ruaha Tanzanian Park and hearing, for the whole night, lions roaring on the other side of the river, but... the river was completely dry))) An almost kamikaze action against bridge!!! During a national live show from the shore of the lake close to my house. I went by my boat with a big banner "NO AL PONTE" (=no to bridge) where they were doing this show but I didn't know they planned fireworks coming from the water and when I noticed a lot of wires ( used for switching fireworks on), was too late. In few seconds I was completely surrounded from fires and explosions and big pieces of burning materials was following on the boat. It was really a strong experience, but the whole Italy saw the banner NO AL PONTE on television )))))
