July 2019:
Been putting this off for no good reason, so here's an update - I'm available to host in my small apartment in Tel Aviv. Very slight preference for Spanish speakers so I can practice ;) but all are welcome!

Solo travelling south America during August-November 2018, and decided to give this couch surfing thing a shot, having only heard about it before. It's also the first time solo travelling for me. Would love to get to know some new people and cultures, hear about local life and maybe make a few new friends along the way :)
I used to be somewhat of a shy geeky guy but in recent years I became much more outgoing. Still kinda geeky though :) I enjoy outdoor activities, sports, going out and exploring, etc., as well as having a quiet night in, cooking a nice meal, watching a movie or playing a board game. Beer is always welcome.
Also, trying to learn Spanish and could use a lot of help..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It sounds like a great way to travel, meet people from different backgrounds, and experience new cultures. Hope I'm not wrong :) I'll be happy to host once I turn!

Interests

I play piano (self taught mostly), used to play guitar, and just love good music in general (classic rock, funk, jazz, classical and much more). Into all sorts of sports and ways to move your body, from snowboarding to yoga, basketball, and more. I enjoy learning new things, and try to always be open to new experiences!
