I'm a perpetually curious person, an outdoorsman, I try to have a global view, and always up for a challenge. I guess that's how I ended up being an ecology grad student.

I'm ending a long time on the road, but when I settle down I hope to do more with my local CS group.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing saved my life traveling alone in China - the community supported me when I was feeling most alone and confused.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode on the back of a motorcycle to the last town in India before the Tibet border, surviving on the kindness of strangers all the way!
