About Me
Hi there.
I am a curious, calm, creative, reflected, sometimes shy, sometimes outgoing, adventurous, nature-loving girl.
I am living nearby Copenhagen, working at a theater and studying BA of psychomotor therapy.
My name is Noamynte. Or just Mynte. I changed it a couple of years ago. Before my name was Mia. That's why my references says Mia. If you wondered.
Three buzzwords that are important to me when couchsurfing!
Mutual respect. Curiosity. Open hearts.
I am on a journey, seeking something. not sure what it is.
Things that bring me closer and make me happier: traveling, hiking, meditating, thinking, meeting people and talking about the bigger perspective, authentic movement, crystals, cute dogs, coincidences that might not be coincidences... stuff like that.
Things that bring me out of flow and make me angry or sad: well a great amount of stuff - but mostly when i'm caught up in thoughts and have become self conscious and insecure: out of balance.
So that's my focus at the moment: Staying balanced (while also staying curious and trying new things)
I Like to just try things out and see what happens. Usually something good comes from it - sometimes nothing really comes from it, but that is okay. I'll just try again somewhere else.
The more I am living in the now, the happier I am.

Music, Movies, and Books
Right now I am reading a lot about Alexander Lowen (Freud and Reich too) and Authentic movement in dance and therapy. And other books on the body-mind connection.
Another book: The Celestine Prophecy - James Redfield.
I recently saw the movie "the two popes" - loved it.
I like "Into The Wild" like any other backpacker.
And also I find "family guy" funny.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling around Chile alone with my backpack and guitar for 2 months
Teach, Learn, Share
On my latest travel in Italy I picked up some mantras that I try to remember and live by everyday.
“Stay close to anything that makes you glad you are alive”
“ you attract what you practice”
