to see all the bits of the world i've not yet seen, taste all the beer i've not yet tasted and dance a slow happy dance on the sands of time.. or something like that anyway, poetry is not my strong point!

ABOUT ME

i am a fun, slightly crazy but in a good way lass, keen on drinking beer and having a good time, exploring strange and wonderful places, im up for any and all experiances, good and odd, i love finding and participating in new cultures and events and travel is always more rewarding with a locals perspective to help you out.

PHILOSOPHY

as long as there is air in my lungs and ground beneath my feet there will be a smile on my face and a horizion to meet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i've just officially joined couch surfing, but i have been doing it unofficially for years, i stay with friends of friends of obsqure connections that i made years ago, and open my home (when i have one) in the same way, anything to help peole learn a little bit more about this crazy place we call home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

any couch surfing experiance is useful to have, some in more ways than others, the time i met a backpacker at a free concert in New Zealand and took her out of her dodgy hostel was good fun, she stayed an extra few days with us, good times! i recently slept on the floor of a 5 star hotel with some friends i had made the previous week, they snuck me in and let me shower, change and get my clothes washed in a lovely enviroment.. and they let me have the free soaps, hurrah! some couch providers have become good friends, like chelsea who i met in the middle east a few years ago, she is the reason i am now in canada. there are flip sides to couch surfing, but the good far outways anything else. cheers.

metal! any and all. live music of any description, especially free concerts. tattoos and tattooing, the art and the skills. books of all kinds, photography, travel (of course) cooking, and eating strange food whose name i cant pronounce, odd things i find on the floor.. theatre, nature, i could go on but is anyone really going to read all of this?

books are good, i like dickins and hunter s thomson. older medical books, especially ones that tell you how to survive bomb attacks by hiding under your desk! movies are good fun too, im a vincent price nut, but anything funny, scary or makes you think is good, im a doccomentry fan too

every day when i open my eyes to a new sunrise, seems fairly amazing to me.

dont eat yellow snow, walk barefoot on thisles or mix beer and cornflakes. none of these things are good.
