Interests

My number one passion in life is food: both cooking and eating. Whenever I visit a new country, I love to experience all the new types of dishes and learn about cultures through food. I love beer too!
Love being outdoors and active. Walks, hikes and bike riding in nature are all fun. It makes me feel like David Attenborough

Um, if you have a chemistry-related question or want to know about the science of cooking, I'm your guy. I also know a lot about beer.

For example, it's thought that beer kick-started agriculture, which gave rise to civilisations, which gave rise to us. So really, the only reason why any of us are alive today is because of beer.
