I love to learn about the mind-body-spirit connection and ways to help our bodies achieve balance. And I love to meet new people and places and immerse myself in different styles of living.
Right now I am living in Tepoztlan, Mexico where I work in health disciplines (yoga, holistic therapies, plant-based diet detoxing...). I am loving Tepoztlan with its surrounding mountains and the many locals dedicating to helping others rebalance their bodies and souls.
Oh, and I love to LAUGH.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy seeing the community that can result from learning to share spaces with others and I enjoy traveling & hosting from a local lens.

From 2004 -2006, I couchsurfed with my sister, under her profile @LaFamiliaSurfista. Together we WWOF'ed & Couchsurfed through France, Germany, Amsterdam, and London. We had an excellent time and met some great people. Later, I couchsurfed in the states. And when I settled down in Cartagena, Colombia, I hosted many couchsurfers travelling through the country.
