I'm a friendly, outgoing, people loving person.
I love working in my garden, playing with my dog, and keeping
an open mind and heart.
As an older person, who has been through many challenges in life,
I am grateful to be alive and fairly healthy. I live in a fairly isolated
part of Hawaii.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My son suggested I join, since I will be traveling soon, and I always have
an open door policy in my home.

Interests

I'd love to travel across country, in a n RV, avoiding interstates, stick to out of the way places. It would be slow going, because I am an older woman, and don't like to drive in bad weather. (It will take me a long time!Hence, the RV lol) It would actually be nice to have another driver/companion to do that with. Equador, Scotland, Portugal, Morocco, and Greece, are the main countries on my bucket list.
Currently, I am working on developing my intuition, and spiritual nature, grounded in practicality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few amazing things: :)
1. My two sons were born at home, as a result, I became a home birth midwife
2. Took a helicopter in to Kalalau Valley, where I camped for a month, with my baby,
and paddled a surfboard down the Na Pali coast in Kauai
