Hello! I'm Noemi, a free "go with the flow" spirit.
In November 2015 I did catch a ship from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Brasil, 8 days sailing with a variegated crazy creek. A long time deeply connected with the sea and my reflections!
My idea was a round-world trip with no plans. I didn't decide anything before leaving Italy but only to snatch whathever the universe would put on my path.
It ended up I wandered more than 3 months trough Brasil, living day by day, with tones of fears but no worries. I took the time to really know the places, the country, people around and, mostly, to learn to cohabit with my restlessness.
Once came back, I spent just a few weeks at home, then I left again for a 3 month adventure in Andalucia (Spain), where I've been part of a eco-tourist project by European Union. So cool!!

I´m a simple woman, who likes simple and genuine things... I don´t search for the sensational at any price. I just pick the best from my life and feel deeply every moment.
I love laughing, talking and meeting new people.
I really enjoy to listen to the other stories and telling about my adventures! Love nature, animals and the Earth planet.
My mantra is: don't wait, life is only one!!
I lived in Australia and United Arab Emirates and visited a lot of countries...I still miss so many of them!!
During the summer 2015 I spent 4 months in Ibiza, only to learn Spanish and to experience the island's life.

Nowadays my priority is to develop my passions, making them the main part of my life and not only a job...that's why I write about trips and I'm contributing to this website: http://tiplr.com/ take a look!

Right now I'm in Colombia, breathing in the unique south-american atmosphere and enjoying the good vibes over here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My life keycode is: sharing. To share is the secret for a full, colored life!
To share experience, dreams, smiles, stories makes us more capable and push us to do amazing things!
So, for me, CS is a great invention for that.
I want to explore the whole world, knowing about other cultures and getting in touch with different traditions. I wanna do this on the real way, not only looking at the tourist side.
I want to listen to new stories and always learning something else.
I love to have a lot of friends, my purpose is to get one in every place I visit!
I just started to use couchsurfing and had a few experience....can't wait for the next one!

Interests

Traveling, writing, reading, walking, dancing, animals, photograph, skating, make up techniques and music. For sure, something more I do still find out! But above all, I love to spend my time with friends, sharing very precious moments, hanging around, having a dinner together...

I'd like to learn latin dances (bachata, salsa, reggaeton...) and to play guitar....it would be great meeting people passionate about those themes. I just found out that I'm pretty good in samba!!
I want to try extreme sports, like parachuting, but I still have to find the courage! Meanwhile, I'm learning to play the tambourine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I recently fell in love with Cuban music!! In general I like pop and rock...one of my favourite bands is Bon Jovi. I also appreciate post-rock musicians like Sigur Ròs; country music and heavy metal ballads as well. Actually, I really like any kind of music that makes me think or that one I feel the vibe inside and can't keep my feet into the shoes!
African sounds are among these.
The best book I've ever read is my passport ;) but a couple of the most beautiful books I read is "Lipstick in Afghanistan" and Shantaram.
I like to alternate books that makes me cry to those that makes me laugh.
Drama and comedy are my favourites type of movies.
