About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find my self through travel, spiritual enlightenment, and introspection

ABOUT ME

I am kind of a chameleon, because I get along with just about anyone I meet and I have a broad spectrum of various interests. I am pretty laidback and generally speaking takes life as it goes. I am most happy when I have multiple places/people to visit during the course of a day (I like to spread myself too thin, so to speak). Other things that bring me great joy are driving down the road at high rates of speed with music blasting (I love music!) and cooking for myself and others. I really want to be able to give more during my time on this earth and I think that couchsurfing is a great way to do that. The most valuable lessons you learn about life you learn from your experiences with other people, and couchsurfing is one way to facilitate this.

PHILOSOPHY

I'd say I'm an Epicurean. The things in life that give me pleasure are cultural experiences - good food, good drink, good music, and good company. I think it is important to share these experiences with other people, because people are what really matter in this world.

I'm very interested in counterculture - aka things that are not mainstream. Most of the mainstream stuff is just crap that is fed to the masses. I'd like to think that I hold myself to a higher standard.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
