About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Creating a life I don't have to take vacations from.

ABOUT ME

Hey there! My friends call me Noki.

I grew up in a touristic small city, right at the edge of the Argentinean Andes called Malargue. In my early childhood this place served as foundation of Who I was to become. As a teenager I toured the bars of the region with small-town rock band for a while, right before moving to "the big city" to study Engineering. I wasn't there for too long, because I qualified to receive a scholarship to study Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Tech, so I moved to the United States at the age of 20.

PHILOSOPHY

"If you are sure you know it all, you are indubitably mistaken. Be the best you can be, then share it. The NOW is all we have to build a lifetime. Music is what feelings sound like."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm working on creating a photo-book that will help fellow Surfers get to know the beauty of Latin-America from within, so that they can be inspired to discover it by themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met several surfers hosted by my friends in the US, but I haven't had the pleasure of hosting due to university housing policies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After visiting the Grand Canyon with a friend we decided to attempt to run to the bottom and back on the same day.
The next morning we woke up with the sunrise and ventured down the canyon. We reach the bottom after a little over an hour of running. After a short break we decided to start making our way back up. It took us over 4 hours round trip, and even though my achilles tendon was injured for a couple of months after our adventure, I will never forget the epicness of our expedition!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, United States
