About Me
I'm a 20-something trying to find my path in life and not be a huge butt to everyone in the process. I enjoy traveling and exploring and talking about art, music, films, philosophy, environmentalism, social justice, and farts. I promise I don't smell that bad though!
Oh yeah I make weird electronic music and draw stuff sometimes:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
At the moment, just plain olde practicality.
I moved to Portland, OR about a month ago and have been staying with friends. Unfortunately, the landlords of our beauteous abode decided they'd join the gentrification game and kick us out with the least-possible notice so they can turn the place into duplex and jack the rent. Sooo, I am left with nowhere to stay for the time being and can't afford an apartment since I haven't yet found stable work ((just a flaky temp job)).
I thought I'd turn to Couchsurfing to help me through this residential-limbo and branch out to meet more people around the city— ya'know, get out more ((I've been holed-up in a basement the whole time I've been here)).
In the future, I'd like to use this for traveling as well. Don't know why I never bothered before, I'm just a dumbdumb. Eventually I'd love to host people when I have a stable living situation.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
Björk, Björk, Björk, and sometimes Björk.
Movies:
That one movie that has Björk in it where she dies and it's sad ((I don't like that part)).
Books:
Anything I can read in Björk's voice that sounds like something she might have said at some point in her life under any circumstance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteered for a year at a wildlife education & rehabilitation center for birds of prey. Got to hang out with hawks, falcons, eagles n owls all the time. So fresh.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a veggie gardener but not an expert— I can teach what I know, share what I grow, and learn where others know something I don't! Always ready to help with gardening stuff.
I can play music and draw cute pictures too, and maybe give in-depth critique of your horse portraiture paintings you never show anyone.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can pretend I'm someone who knows how to skateboard and teach you to do a kick flip from a metaphysical perspective. Maybe help out around the house too.
