CURRENT MISSION

To give into my spontaneous side more often and to responsibly let go of responsibility. I'm working on saving money during 2012 and hoping to take a long trip through Europe in 2013. Who knows maybe I'll just end up living there.

ABOUT ME

I'm average. I really am. I like people and being social. All my life I've been told I have a contageous laugh. I do love to laugh and I love being silly. I can be serious when need be though. I'm super easy to get along with. You can tell me anything and ask me anything, because chances are I will probably do the same to you.

PHILOSOPHY

"You can sleep when you're dead"
I've always lived by this theory. But as I get older, its becoming more difficult to convince myself of that ;) Hahaha, which is so lame. Dang, I'm getting old.
I guess it would be the golden rule. I do find myself expecting a lot from people b/c I treat others with love and I expect the same in return.

I hope to afford fellow couch surfers the opportunity to come to Nashville and stay for free. And I hope others will do the same for me in their homes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only hosted and its been such a great experience. Its turned the slight interest of traveling I have into a passionate desire now. I haven't actually surfed myself just yet. But I have lots of friends all over the US and have definitely crashed at their place. Anywhere is fun and enjoyable that I get to spend with good company.

Oh gosh, this would take waaaaaaay too long to type. I'll just mention a few that I'm REALLY passionate about theology, music, writing, socializing, and muting the TV during commercials.

Music, Movies, and Books

Authors: RC Sproul, John Piper, Francine Rivers, (anything that has to do with church history, theology, and I love fiction too. I just don't have favorite authors. I love getting lost in a book though.)
Music: Lately its been Paper Route, Lovedrug, Madi Diaz, Dawes, Local Natives, Andrew Bird, Beach House, Beach Boys (Pet Sounds), Passion Pit, Phoenix, and The Dodos. I try to get new music once a month. Some of my old favorites include Dashboard Confessional, Death Cab For Cutie, Augustana, Jars of Clay, Ryan Adams, Madi Diaz, Jimmy Eat World, and Sandra McCracken. I just really like all kinds of music. It depends on what mood I'm in as to what I want to listen to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just the ability to live everyday is amazing to me. I'll never fully understand how I make it each day.
