About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish my uni course and work in the oil and gas industry.

ABOUT ME

I am currently studying engineering at QUT in the centre of Brisbane. I like to go to the beach, to South Bank, out night clubbing.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that what goes around, comes around. That if I treat people with dignity and respect, that they will do the same to me. I like to make the people around me feel good about themselves and to bring out the best in people. I hope that someday, I will be a trainer in my job.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to show people around my city if they ever come here. If you would like to go to a really nice beach or see some wilderness, I will gladly take you there if you come at the right time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I havn't had any experiences yet. I look forward to my first experience in Stavanger.

Interests

I like to go hiking. I hiked the overland trail in Tasmania in 6 days (80 km). Some day, I want to hike on the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea.
I like bike riding.
I like to work on my car, cars are an interest of mine.
I like animals. I like to play with dogs and cats, although I'm more of a dog person.

Music, Movies, and Books

Howard Marks: Mr Nice.

I like autobiographies by famous and successful people. I have Bill Clinton's biography (It's massive though, I'll get through it one day).
I havn't read a fiction book in about 10 years, but I plan to change that when I go on my travels this month.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've met two best selling authors (Howard Marks and Paul Carter).

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to help foreigners with their English.
I enjoy showing my city to visitors.

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In
