About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Backpacking overland from Thailand to South Africa, without using any air transportation.
ABOUT ME
We're an Australian couple in our late 20's, who have spent the last 6 years together backpacking and exploring the world. We're laid back, open-minded, extremely active and both have a healthy sense of adventure. We are passionate about music, art, writing, photography, different cultures and thought-provoking, inspirational people.
A lot of fun experiences have been had in our lives, both together and before we met. We are looking forward to the infinite amount of things to come!
We are currently attempting to backpack from Thailand to South Africa, all overland, without the use of air transportation. We are expecting this to take us around 3-4 years to achieve, and are pretty stoked on the experiences, sights and people we are going to encounter along the way!

PHILOSOPHY
Life is good until it gets better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We used CS to travel around the East coast of Canada and BC and had an awesome time doing it, meeting some wicked people! Hosted a few people when we moved back to Perth. Unfortunately we never used CSing on our 8 month Central America adventure, but have had a great time using it in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. We can't wait to get back on board as we make our way across China, Central Asia and the Middle East in 2015.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Met some awesome, kind, generous people around Canada, hosted some cool people in Perth and made us realise that CS is one of the greatest travel concepts conceived!

Teach, Learn, Share
Every single person you come across will have something they can teach you. Likewise, every single person you meet will learn something from you. Try to make every chance encounter positive for both parties. Even negative circumstances can have positive endings.
