ABOUT ME

Well, let's see...I have been travelling mostly through western Canada for the last 10 years, working at various wilderness/remote lodges and resorts. After spending some time in the city of Vancouver (4years) I had enough and got back out into the bush. Currently in the summer I am the chef of a small family run wilderness lodge along the southeast border of Kootenay National Park.
When I'm not in the kitchen, I am usually working on some kind of musical project. I have been playing guitar for almost 20 years, and have been producing music for around 10.

Music and cooking are my two passions in life. I believe that they can bridge any cultural gap and bring people together.
