too many to list. still have keys to 12 residences of my friends in 5 states, 4 countries. always leave more than you take (except when talking about trash, laundry, and dishes) smile, and know when it is time to go.

adventured around the mahakumbamelah with an MD and a mic, viewing the chaos of 30 million people wandering around me, and documenting a little piece of the puzzle to remind myself of the intertangled web of life.... skydiving with my mom in new zealand, and recently riding in a hot air balloon in goreme, capadocia, turkey.

what do you want to know.... never show the bottom of your feet to anywhere in asia, or pat them on the head (also goes to having your sandals attached to the back of your pack.. always have the soles facing in) bad karma points otherwise...
smiling is the most contagious thing in the world... and you make people's days brighter for it.. even if they don't smile back.

music breaks beyond the boundries of language and logic. share it and experience it in every culture you visit to get a better esoteric feel of their history.

when you tip.. bring treats (stickers, buttons, cds and other silly bits) a little bit of money is okay, but sharing a piece of yourself or your creative output brings up the gross domestic happiness quotient. ( i make music, so i always have a burned cd in my pocket to give to someone i meet, pass by on the street, or buy a coffee from.. since money is so unpersonal)

and dance often... we feel most at ease after we let it all go... and dance is the best way i have found for this... especially dancing by yourself in your house.. so there is not stress of what others think...

I am happy to help cook with hosts, and I always have tons of music to pass along. I have been to 25 countries so far, and even biked from Upsalla, Sweden to Berlin for my honeymoon in 2013. I can also help with computer IT fun, or just spreading smiles.
