I'm a white Jamaican, and yes there are such things as white Jamaicans. I consider myself a Third Culture Kid (check out the book: http://www.amazon.com/Third-Culture-Kids-Experience-Growing/dp/1857882954) as I also spent many formative years in the U.S. I'm living in China now and trying to study here.
