About Me
Update!!! I just graduated with my B.S. in Biology and am driving back from my hometown in Northern New York to a lovely off grid homestead in the Santa Cruz mountains of California.
My current draw in life is to form meaningful connections with those around me and to build up my social muscles! People give life meaning!
I am a huge nerd about all things neuroscience, exercise physiology/barbells, plants, quantum mechanics, nutrition, biohacking. Books! Music! I love all of it. Share with me your favorite book and your favorite song! I adore deep conversations but also love to be silly and laugh and take things lightly!
I love to be active and hike, walk, bike, lift, swim. Outdoors is where it is at. ECSTATIC DANCE!!! Bigtime morning person and lover of coffee and dark chocolate. Sober, (I DO appreciate certain "plant" medicines) but not averse to other people imbibing. I am a true ambivert and thrive having both "us" and "me" time throughout the day.
Lifelong learner with a growth mindset. Teach me something, tell me something you are passionate about :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had an incredible time using Couchsurfing as I drove from NNY down to Florida and then from Florida all the way to Santa Cruz California. I've settled on a beautiful permaculture based farm in the Santa Cruz area and have been calling it home for the past 9 months. I would love to give back to the Couchsurfing community by hosting people here.
It's all about the people you meet! I've had nothing but wonderful experiences meeting locals along my travels. I love everything about the nature of couchsurfing . . . it's an incredible thing for strangers to open their homes and lives to each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Solo road trip across the country (thank you hosts for making it possible!)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a homestead freak in the kitchen. Fermentation is easy.
I run an independent fruit tree pruning business, so if you want to learn how to prune trees, I'm your girl!
I was once a certified personal trainer. I can easily help you with programing and nutrition.
Also, I travel with a real-deal Theragen, so if you want a Theragen massage (not for the faint of heart!), we can do that!
