Hi! I’m Nomin, a Russian-based Buryat girl who lives in Taiwan, Taichung. I’m 20 years old. Now I'm in the USA for student cultural exchange program "Work and Travel". I'm gonna stay here till October 2017.

My background

I was born in Russia, Ulan-Ude. This is a small town, yet very beautiful town. It’s located near Lake Baikal(which is also a great place), check it out! My nationality is Buryat, who don’t know just google. I graduated from Republican Buryat National Lyceum – Boarding №1 in Ulan-Ude. Then I entered Feng Chia University in 2014. I am a BA student in Department of Foreign Languages and Literature. I learn English, Chinese and Spanish there.

I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen. I like to see the sunrise in the morning, I like to see the moonlight at night; I like to feel the music flowing on my face, I like to smell the wind coming from the ocean. I like to look at the clouds in the sky with a blank mind, I like to do thought experiment when I cannot sleep in the middle of the night. I like flowers in spring, rain in summer, leaves in autumn, and snow in winter. I like to sleep early, I like to get up late; I like to be alone, I like to be surrounded by people. I like country’s peace, I like metropolis’ noise; I like the deepest and the most beautiful in the world Lake Baikal located in Russia, Siberia. I like delicious food and comfortable shoes; I like good books and movies. I like the land and the nature, I like people. And, I like to laugh)))

I like listening to music, reading, dancing, singing, learning foreign languages. I listen to different genres of music, but most of the time I listen to k-pop, r&b, pop, hip-hop, soul, and funk. I’m fond of reading. I read a lot. I speak many languages such as English, Chinese, Spanish and of course, my native Russian and Buryat. I also like shopping, but I don’t spend too much on it)
