My current mission is to learn as many languages as my brain can handle, eat as much chocolate as humanly possible, watch a foreign film a day, and perfect the art of belly dancing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had amazing couchsurfing experiences in Dusseldorf, Germany and in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I hope to continue this tradition.

Books...well, I'm fond of sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, and most anything in Spanish (just for the practical reason of giving my eyes exposure to verb conjugations...AHH!!).

Music...I love Cocorosie, MGMT, Juanes, Julieta Venegas, Beirut, Bjork, Blonde Redhead, Bright Eyes, Camera Obscura, Teitur, Cansei de ser Sexy, Cat Power, Electrelane, TV on the Radio, The Decemberists...the list is emmense, but you get the idea.

Movies...love most all foreign and indie flicks, Hitchcock...etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and studied beneath the shadow of the Alhambra in Spain for a year.
