ABOUT ME

Born in Taiwan, educated in Salt Lake City, UT, and now work in Los Angeles.

During the weekdays I stare at a monitor, wrangling code and bits. Drinking coffee and pacing my office is how I burn my calories.

During the weekends I paraglide, hike, backpack, canyoneer, climb, & etc etc. Finding altitude and then losing altitude seems to be the recurring theme.

I'm trying desperately to make time away from work (even though I love my job), so i can visit more places, try more things, make more friends, eat more...uh..foods... I hope couchsurfing can help me accomplish all those things!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I survived my trip to Japan with the generosity of couchsurfing hosts; I was couchsurfing when the 8.9 quake hit Japan, and the Sharpes let me and my travelling buddy stay for as long as we wanted, and entertained us the entire time.

So, pretty great.

Intereses

Video games, movies, paragliding, canyoneering, snowboarding, climbing....trying anything once.

...I may not be any good at any of the above activities, but I sure try. Well actually I'm pretty awesome at watching movies.

I am a sucker for dark humor, or just plain humor.

A few of the things I like:

Bladerunner, Brick, Office Space, Futurama, Arrested Development, Catch-22, Oscar and Lucinda, 65daysofstatic, Spoon....you get the idea, hopefully.
