About Me

For me it feels like a big gift to share life with people from all over. We as family love to host foreigners, to hear their language, to get to know each other. My three kids and me also love to travel, to see new places and meet people.

I’m playing several instruments, doing some design stuff and photography, spending a lot of time with our great kids. I love nature, silence and making music. My garden isn’t perfect at all, but I love to be in touch with nature and see fruits and vegetables growing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't like to travel like a tourist. I like to get to know people and to share life with them. Same way I love to welcome people at my home.
Couchsurfing-experiences were overwhelming. I traveled with my 3 kids through Germany and for me and them it was amazing how generous people shared their home and life with us. So we will definitely go on traveling this way.
Also hosting people from different places and countries is a pleasure for us. As for now we are not able to travel that much, because of the kids, it is great that the world comes to us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling solo in times where nobody had cellphones. There had been always someone around who helped me, when I got lost.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always interested in learning new things about live, about history...
I believe it's never too late to learn something new.
And of course my kids teach me a lot: Being patient, trusting, being creative, laughing and solving conflicts in a peaceful way (that's what we are training hardly together).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can give you lessons in German. ; ) And I can give company. I'm interested in your way of live. I can tell you stories of my life. We can make music together, if you like.

Countries I’ve Visited
