Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Ever since traveling when I was 17 I experienced couchsurfing as a welcoming community of people wanting to share their stuff and stories. I love that vibe. And I'm super grateful for all the people I met during my travels.

What is so awesome about couchsurfing is the fact that you are accepted in someone's life and that this person opens up his or her personal space for you. And that people are wanting to be meaningful to others.

walking to Santiago de Compostela. It was the biggest being in the way that I experienced so far. To know you can't go much faster or slower, and to trust that there will be food enough for you, that there will be a place to sleep. To meet again with people that you thought you would never see again. Or to meet with people just once - but whose memory stays.
