Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Completing the International Masters in Russian, Central and East European Studies at the University of Corvinus in Budapest.
ABOUT ME
I finished my Ba in performance studies in Germany 2013 and lived in Prague for two years after that. Then I moved to Glasgow to do a degree in political studies focused on Central and Eastern Europe at the University of Glasgow. The second year of that programme brought me to Budapest.
I ride a bike.
I also like to cook (anything vegan).
Sometimes I blog and take pictures (but mostly I don't).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mostly surfing, I host from time to time, depending on my living circumstances x flatmates. It doesn't hurt to send me a message.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I try and stay with couchsurfers a lot when I travel because I think it's a better way of getting to know the world than hostels and I'm very thankful to all the people I've met on the way!
Also, I travel alone so it's important to me to be able to talk to someone at the end of the day :)
Interests
literature, fine arts, music (from jazz through hiphop to dubstep), literature, partying (not too often), swimming, horse riding, culture, food, languages, politics... the world in general seems to be a rather interesting place!
- languages
Music, Movies, and Books
Dj Shadow, Radiohead, Fever Ray, Sage Francis, Nina Simone, Caspa, Tori Amos, Florence, Lana del Rey, Moderat - and lots more.
Colette, Proust, Kundera, Larsson, Jesenska, Mantel
I'll pretty much reading anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Maybe seeing the Negev desert in Israel?
And the ocean in Figueira da Foz.
Teach, Learn, Share
vegan cousine (and baking)
I can teach you a little bit of Hungarian! (or any other of the languages I speak, but Hungarian is the weirdest and the best)
I work for a fact-cheking project so we can talk about fake news :D
What I Can Share with Hosts
awesome meals (at least according to my friends) and my company :)
stories about Central Europe
i can talk about the quirks of language learning (and teaching) for hours on end, the other topic would be books
