About Me
Hello! and welcome to Portland!
I am cool guy originally from Peru. I moved to the States in 2007 to finish my undergraduate degree. Later , I moved for work to other cities in USA and other countries as well. However, I recently moved back to "Portlandia" to start a couple businesses.
My major is structural engineering but my passion are cars and crypto!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I heard very good couchsurfing stories from friends I made around the globe.
I am all about traveling, making new good friends and connections , so I thought why not offering my place to my fellow travelers and show them my city. I am sure I will learn a lot from this experience . Plus, I am sure they will do the same when I visit their cities.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am one of those guys that don't plan too much ahead of time. If an opportunity arrives I will take it. Specially when it comes to traveling. In fact, I could travel for a weekend around the globe:)
An amazing thing I have done was a trip to Iceland last year with no predemitation. At that time I was living in Washington D.C ... My ex roommate found a great deal for the weekend so we took off to Iceland! I saw the Northern lights in winter . Amazing! (it was freaking cold though, lol)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I recently moved back to my second home which is Portland, Oregon. After traveling for 5 years for work and pleasure I decided to moved back to Portland where I went to school and most of my family is. I moved to start some businesses so I won't be traveling as much as I used to. Now I am all about showing off this great city off to my fellow travelers. For the first time in my life I have my own place in the center of Portland with an amazing view and a very flexible schedule.
