ABOUT ME

Not really a whole lot to say. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I consider myself to be fairly laid back and easy going. I enjoy exploring abandoned places and going to punk gigs. I've been cooking for 7 years and I really love my trade. I seize any opportunity to learn about types of food. I think eating the food someone prepares is the best way to learn about them and their culture.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to travel and see new places. I want to learn about everything. I want to leave no country unvisited, no ruins unexplored and no food uneaten.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed on many a couch and have had many strangers stay with me. I do my best to be as clean and as courteous a guest as possible.

Music: Discharge, Blitz, Belgrado. Spectres, Dick Dale, Hank Williams, The Cramps, Misfits, Cockney Rejects.... there are too many to list, I'll let you go through my ipod.

I've spent a year and a half living and working as a chef in Melbourne Australia. I've traveled a lot around the US and have worked extensively in California as well as New Orleans. I've spent over a year of my life exploring japan and all of it's crazy abandoned theme parks and other locations.
