Travelling throughout Latinoamerica after a study-excursion in Suriname, getting to know this wonderful part of the planet, its people and ways towards a thriving future free from slavery and suffering

ABOUT ME

I am 23 years old, I have an outgoing and peaceloving personality and I like to travel around and get to know other people.
I'm very thankful for family who helped me opening my eyes for different cultures, countries and what is going on in the world.
I couldn't imagine starting to study directly after school so I did one year of civil service in Honduras, Central America, in a youth center. This was a huge expierience for me, I made close friends with other volunteers and with some of them and others I get involved in political and environmental issues back here in Germany.

Apart from all that I like to spend time with my friends, sports (mostly martial arts, Ju-Jutsu) and soccer, I enjoy nature, good music and chillin out in the sun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not a very expierienced couchsurfer so far, but apart from travalling and hosting I know there is a cs-community nearby with very funny and creative activities, which I might join some day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first cs-expierience was a trip to the balkans with a good friend, Matze, and Martina, a Czech couchsurfer from Prague who he got to know via cs.
I was hitch-hiking down south so I met them in Montenegro, where we went on in his bus. It was a great trip and they told me lots about their cs-expieriences.

We met a very friendly and genorous couple in Tirana,Albania, who took us around town and around and since they knew very much about the history, architecture, culure of the city and country we got a really deep insight, which we would have missed otherwise. It was a great expierience!
