To uncover what makes people feel so alive their body vibrates!

To experience conversations with open minded, aspirational people, I relish exploring deeper meanings and experiences of life with people and then also, being quiet and lounging on the couch after cooking and nommin' delicious food!

ABOUT ME

I am intrepid and exude the joy reflecting from people on their paths of freedom and personal exploration! We are mirrors!

I find a good balance is experienced in spending time inside homes and outside in nature - I am not extreme to one and feel both are neccesary for wellbeing. Inner stability from sharing homely comforts with people and then outside exploration (lots of it!)

I have my faith in the universe and recognise synchronicity in my daily life - so if we meet it is because we are meant to in that exact moment! Lets co-create our futures into magic, wilderness and the small steps to making our World beautiful!

PHILOSOPHY

Stay relaxed!

When exercising my mantra is 'Pain is at the discretion of the mind'
(This was a big lesson from climbing mountains in the South Americas)

Experiences happen just as they are meant to, see the lessons as opportunities and use problems to create out of this World solutions !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent 10 days couchsurfing with Shaun from New York in Astoria, Queens, NYC. I arrived for a workshop with artist Tania Bruguera and didn't want to leave!

*October 14th - 24th 2016
I am arriving to be part of Sluice - Exchange Rates 2016 international expo in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NYC with my colleague Alice Woods. We are part of an artist-run organisation and will be showing art and mingling with the artistic community from all over the World between October 14th - October 24th.

Intereses

Converted a warehouse space in London with two friends of mine, so now a main interest is allowing our workshop to be shared with like minded individuals to create in an open exciting environment.

Recently have started performing poetry live in artist run spaces in London.

Doing adventures with people on my motorbike.

Slept nearly 5000m up a mountain without a sleeping bag sandwiched between a tent and rocks, praying for the Sun rise!

It is everyone's duty to be a teacher and a listener and a doer and an activist and a pacifist and a Love and Light beam to all!

Each encounter is completely different, I can learn things from people who I don't get on.
