HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted quite many travellers, while my first and only host is from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He hosted me in January 2014 and he is now my lovely foster younger brother. We also went to Beijing together in September 2014.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

1.
I managed to meet my first couchsurfing guest in Singapore before he came to Kuala Lumpur. We went to Universal Studio together.

I accepted the offer to couch him two weeks before his trip. So, I managed to buy him a phone card and a light rail transit card. I also managed to contact my friends for transport, so I could bring him to Klang for the must-try-must-eat local food: Bak-kut-teh. (Klang is one-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur and the best Bak-kut-teh could only be found there, though it is never a famous tourist attraction in Malaysia.)

I accompanied him to Melacca too, and we met a new Japanese friend there.

2.
My third couchsurfing guest stayed at my house for a night and flied the next day. So, we had very little time to know each other, but we managed to have our "men pillow talk" until 2 am. What a lovely experience!!! We ate Sabah local food - which is originally found in West Malaysia - as breakfast, and it was great to know that he loved it.

3.
My fourth couchsurfing guests (1 boy 1 girl) did not stay at my place, but we had a long chat in Pavilion KL shopping complex and we watched two movies together there. I also accompanied them to buy and send the postcards.

In his postcard for himself, he wrote: "Faster migrate to Malaysia." Could I then write here, a message for myself: "Faster fly to Beijing?"

MAGAZINE
I love fashion magazines. If you ever sold my magazines with original prices, I wonder how many Ipad Air 2 could you buy. It would be lovely if you could buy me fashion magazine in your country regardless of what language it is, if you ever have a chance to meet me? Thank you in advance :)

MOVIE
I love movies. I had watched 75 movies in the cinema in 2011 and 78 in 2014. I wish I could break the records again this year!!! LOL

SHOPPING
Yes, I am a guy who loves shopping. I can shop from 10am to 10pm in the shopping mall by myself, but sadly, Kuala Lumpur is never a good place to shop. So, the first ever first thing that I normally will do when arriving in a foreign country is to shop. And it has become a habit that I couldn't kick off......
