ABOUT ME

I am in Morocco on an Arabic language scholarship. I have been here since June 2010. I have traveled all throughout Morocco, from the Northern Rif to the Sahara in the South. I love concerts, music, performances, anything on stage to be honest.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like sometimes people take things too seriously when traveling. They become too involved in their guide books, though traveling is all about experiencing what they don't tell you about. Get "lost".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went spelunking in the deepest cave in North Africa, after-which I hitchhiked all the way to a rural country village while learning how to eat heart of palm from the bed of a speeding truck.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw a Loggerhead turtle give birth. Attended protests in Morocco. Jumped off of the Portuguese City fortress into the harbor. Smoked a camel cig on a camel. Scuba dived in Belize. Lots of stories.
