About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn how to live life to the fullest no matter the circumstances. Take chances. Meditate, laugh and smile as much as possible. Travel and see the Earth.
ABOUT ME
Fresh air makes me happy, beautiful mountains make me happy, blue sky, wind blowing through my hair, drinking tea in the snow. I LOVE beaches and sunshine. I love a good night of sleep and laughter. I love a good movie. I love Mother Nature and pictures of all the beautifulness in the World. I love waking up with a smile on my face.
I'm always trying to get to know lots of new people,
and most of the time i think it is a blast.
At the same time I'm trying to get to know myself better - and most of the time it's a blast too. haha :)
I love learning. Live to learn and learn to live. I believe in a greater power than man. I believe we are all part off a bigger Whole. I believe in meditation and striving to always be a more positive, loving, caring and aware person. I believe in developing good virtues in life. I believe that ignorance is bliss, but that it's also the cause of all dis-ease of the human personality.
For me travelling is the best "school" in the whole world. I'm living my dream and will never ever stop travelling ever again. Mother Nature has too many treasures waiting to be explored <3 Life is the most wonderful journey we are gifted with, and that we have this body as a tool to learn, share, experience is just the highest blessing.
August 2011 until February 2012 I was in India and almost five of these months I was resident in an Ashram. It changed my life completely and was a tough but over the top-rewarding experience. For the first time I learned to "look within" and close my eyes for all external ongoing stimuli. For the first time I was in absolute peace.
So I spent a total of 5 years traveling. From 2010 - 2015. Best thing i've done ever.
PHILOSOPHY
The longest journey is the journey Within.
Equanimity is the road trough the dualities of life.
It's not what we get from our work that is important, but what we become from it" Sw. Satyananda Saraswati
âThe ultimate aim of yoga is to develop spiritual consciousness in man, whatever the practice used.â. - Sw. Satyananda Saraswati
âYou have to see yourself in everyone and you have to see everyone within your own self. Sw. Satyananda Saraswati
âDoes a river drink its own water? Do fruits and vegetables eat themselves ? No, they are all for us. This is called paramaratha, the highest service. That which helps others is paramartha and that which is of no help of others is selfishness. â Sw. Satyananda Saraswati
âThe human mind today has become volcanic. We are reacting without a sense of inner balanceâ Sw. Satyananda Saraswati
If not now, when ? - Old sufi saying
what we do to mother earth, is what we do to ourselves
the pursuit of happiness is the source of all unhappiness
Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be.
Let medicine be thy food,
and let food by thy medecine
Give and You will recieve
I feel alive and peaceful. I go where the sun always shines.
