About Me

Let's make this short. I'm one who thinks life is awesome, it has its ups and downs but when you learn how to enjoy every day the ups are way more than the downs.

I'm currently studying translation English-French-Spanish, working remotely for an IT support company and being the best mom to my amazing daughter.

I love making friends and networking, it's always better to have friends than money. Nothing like a good coffee and a story :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love it.

I've been on Couchsurfing for a few years now. I haven't had the fortune to surf anyone's couch but I've had the opportunity to meet many awesome people that have taught me a lot and have become great friends that I hope to keep for life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read anything readable, lately, I'm all about history and architecture, but love fictional stories and novels. Favorite books of all times would be Harry Potter, just because I've read them many times and I still enjoy reading them, I like reading comics too, and lately I'm in a post-apocalyptic loving mood. Now I have to add that I'm very into dystopian stories I don't know how could I lived a life without reading Fahrenheit 415 and 1984, I mean I had read from George Orwell before but not that one, I had seen the movie and found it amazing but the book is totally revealing.

About movies, I like all kind. I love Tim Burton, Quentin Tarantino, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Pedro Almodóvar, Hayao Miyazaki, ... Few of the movies that I really like are: The Nightmare before Christmas, Pan's Labyrinth, Let The Right One In, Amelie, Sin City, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Mary and Max, Spirited Away, La mala educación, Malos hábitos, Where the Wild Things Are, El Lado Oscuro del Corazón, Wall-E, my list is really long, I should add more movies to this since it had been like 2 years without updating it (it's now Jan 2016 so if you're reading this in the future my list is going to be extremely long to mention just a few) So... Moneyball, The big Lebowski, gone girl, anything from ghibli, and many other animes, Gattaca, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. God, there are so many that I forgot to put on my previous update that I feel like I'll never finish this list.

I'm totally girly when it comes to shows, I watch 2 Broke Girls, The New Normal, Sex and The City, Drop Dead Diva, but I also like not so girly things like Game of Thrones (I feel meaningless now that I have to wait a lifetime for the next book to come out, although last season was nothing like the books it's still one of my favorite shows), also love True Blood, Bones, How I met your Mother, Breaking Bad, AHS, Silicon Valley, Mr. Robot, HTGAWM well a lot of shows though, would be another never-ending list.

I like almost every kind of music, I love discovering new music so bring it on!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I can narrow this only to one thing. If I had to choose the best experience I've had is being a mom. I never thought parenting could be so fun.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Everything I know. That sounds weird but "sharing is caring" is my motto. You learn until you die and learning is enjoying life.
