I'm Benjamin, 32, born in Perpignan in south of France. I lived in several places in Europe and travelled a fair share on almost all continents.
I used to couchsurf (host and guest) a lot but haven't used it in a while. Back on it for my summer 2018 trip in the US, hoping to meet interesting people on the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Latvia and Estonia, during my summer 2008, in Hungary in march 2009, in Croatia during summer 2009 and in Slovenia at Christmas 2009 and always met very nice, interesting and fun people !
Hosted latvian, polish and canadian surfers in Rotterdam, and had a great time with all of them.
I celebrated NY 2010 in Zagreb with dozen of couchsurfers upon an event organized by CS.
I also met two couchsurfing brazilian girls in Paris by chance. Actually they made me discover Couchsurfing and I'm grateful for that :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently been on the other side of Earth, in New Caledonia, which is an amazing place : fantastic landscapes, swam with turtles, sharks, millions of fishes and a Dugong !
In Europe, Preikestolen in Norway and Plitvice in Croatia are the most beautiful places I've been.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach french.
I was handball coach in my university. I may teach basics of snowboarding and chess playing.
Generally I'll be very pleased to share everything I know.
