About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living to learn, Learning to see, Seeing to grow, Growing to Be.

ABOUT ME

In a letter sent to an elderly friend during one young man's epic and tragic journey, Chris McCandless states, "The very basic core of a man's living spirit is in his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun."...
"You are wrong if you think joy emanates only or principally from human relationships. God has placed it all around us. It is in everything and anything we might experience".

I like the smell of books.
Fall is my favorite season.
I belong on a coastal shore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A crazy lady stole my ice cream in Jeju-Do, South Korea, and then licked it provocatively and told me it was delicious. She then tried to follow my friend and me. It wasn't amazing, but it was so weird and creepy!

One time I was driving in Atlanta, Ga in many lanes of traffic. I saw something bouncing down the lanes. I saw it was large, but I was just kind of zoned by the traffic, and the strange object. It turned out to be a spare tire from a semi-truck. It came narrowly close to my car, but it bounced into the lane beside me, and hit a big semi- truck. I was just watching as under the hood of the truck caught aflame. It could have hit my car, but just missed! I looked to the side and the driver was exiting his truck. He had a beagle with him. They were both fine.

Another time, I saw a comet unexpectedly. It was really beautiful.

Oh, I am boring. Looking for more..
