Hi, i'm Toon i'm a student of 25 years old living in Gent.

I'm a curious person that likes to find explanations for things happening around me like human behauviour, politics, economy, science, plants, art,.. My interests are very wide but the last few years my main focus is on theatre and al what has to do with it. I write and play my own plays, i study at school, i watch a lot, i read a lot and i talk a lot about it.

I like to be surrounded by honest people, masks off. But i am not a big talker. I'm rather a calm listener and i choose my words wisely. I want to know how people think and why they do things rather than talk about myself.

I can be entertained with anything that broadens my mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new ways of life and people.
As an extent to a conscious way of living i want to travel consciously, i am convinced we have to rethink our way of life and this is one important way to do so. To share room and thoughts.
I don't want to be a tourist but i want to get to know other people and their way of life.
