ABOUT ME

I have two nationalities and grew up in a third country. I grew up tri-lingually. I am an easy person to get along with and I adapt to any situation. I LOVE traveling and getting to know people. Once you know how to travel right it is not a costly thing anymore. That's when you realize how big the world actually is, how much there is to see and how cool it is to be on the road for a longer time. Traveling rulez and the deeper you venture of the beaten track the more fun it is.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't worry, be happy. The world is beautiful!!! I realized I am on the good side of life and tha's why I enjoy life. At the same time I want to see more places and not close my eyes to problems people face in other regions. I can't change the world but knowing about it is the least I can do....and it is fun to tour around the world!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love travelling. That's why I rely on people that do not mind hostig me and that share their way of living with me. Naturally, I would gladly host anyone that is in the same situation than me when touring around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I made a few great experiences through couch surfing in Europe but I have not done it many times. That is not to say that I have not slept over at random unknown peoples homes all around the world and whenever possible.

Intereses

Travel; overlanding in Africa; photography; eating nice food...cooking; outdoor activities such as camping and fishing; scuba diving; sports in general, skiing, tennis, beach volleyball etc.; getting to know other cultures; comparing political systems and ways of living.

Música, películas y libros

Mostly I like oldschool music and everything from Swing, Jazz, Blues to Raggae and Rock. I also like electronic music for studying or cleaning up and stuff.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Traveling around the world with my tent and sleeping bag...best thing I have done and I want to do it again!!! Doing Safaris in Africa on my own. Priceless experiences.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I speak French, Dutch, German, English and Spanish fluently. I am studying Russian as well. Anybody that wants to practice one of these languages is welcome. Further, I am a licensed tennis trainer.
