**I'm currently living in Bali + travelling around in Southeast Asia for an indefinite time, and I'd love to meet up!**

Born in Taiwan, spent my teens through early adulthood in New York, and worked as a piano teacher in Shanghai. Music is a huge part of my life - been running alongside this beautiful gift from the Universe since I was 3 y/o!

I quit my job and left Shanghai in January 2019 to travel around Southeast Asia learning different ways to bring positive impact on humanity, mainly on the subjects of education and responsible tourism.

I'm a firm believer of Law of Attraction - What we believe, we attract.

I recently realized that I'm actually an introvert, so if I come off as a cold person, just give me some time - I am all warm and sweet and crazy inside like a lava chocolate cake.

People who are willing to open their homes to almost-complete strangers are my people, and I have been fortunate to encounter amazing experiences through either hosting or surfing. I'm always excited to go off guidebooks and see a city through a local's eyes.

I started CS with hosting when I still lived in NYC back in 2012, and my first Couchsurfing experience was in Toronto.

My musical taste varies and changes every now and then. I am always up to hear music I haven't heard. For the moment I am into some Piazolla, Francois K, Ólafur Arnalds, Wes Montgomery, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, and Scriabin. I am also exploring music that's tied to spiritual practices around the world.

All time favourite movies are: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Enter the Void, Blow, Beetlejuice, Jumanji, The Shining, Before Sunrise and Before Sunset.

"The Alchemist" is a very influential book for me.

Left my parents at 14 to study/work in New York for 10 years.

Lived in the Psych ward for 15 days (crazy fun and eye-opening experience - Ask me about it.)

Spontaneously decided to visit Ohrid, Macedonia when in Athens and found myself bargaining for a taxi to cross the border of Greece and Macedonia.

Just get my hands on a piano or guitar. I can play something for you. I can get really into talking about classical music history and theory if we are going to start on those topics. I love sharing ideas on religions and spirituality, so if you care enough to ask, those always bring fun discussions :)
