About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to snog the light fantastic in the undergrowth of rovaniemi
ABOUT ME
I am very polite around aggressive dogs.
I prefer reading ebooks to paper based equivalents and buying paper based equivalents to ebooks.
It is always fun to make a Finn smile.
Internets are serious business.
Online freedom of expression and anonymity might be slighty artsy fartsy but they are equally serious business.
Snowball fights are always welcome.
Profile summaries can generally go smack a dodgy dwarf on the arse and throw themselves into a big hole.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
i have been interacting with people online from around the world since i was a wide eyed ten year old boy living in technologically and socially disconnected central pakistan who happened to chance upon tools such as usenet, gopher, IRC, the late and lamented hotmail/yahoo chatrooms, mailing lists, HP, Tolkien, Enid Blyton, Terry Pratchett fansites/messageboards and discovered a, well, a whole new world, as the cliche goes. since then i have met scores of people some of whom are among my best friends presently. connecting with people while traveling around is half the fun of doing it in the first place and couchsurfing is essentially a tool to enable that. i have known of couchsurfing for at least 5/6 years but it's only now that i am able to host people. hence, decided to join. and that sounds way too much like writing a covering letter. oh well. :D
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
the best ones involved a lot of walking, talking and socialising.
Interests
traveling. exploring libraries and universities. soaking up urban experiences. walking (preferably in suitably wild areas)
