About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Share life, share stories, share the Gospel!
ABOUT ME
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights are best, other nights are negotiable. I work 30 miles away and do 10 hour days, so I'm just not around much then.
Cyclist, writer, reader, learner, data wizard, traveler, polyglot. I love reading (which would make sense) and learning. I'm fascinated by other cultures and love listening to other people's life stories. I'll talk your ear off over a pint if you let me, and I can't wait to meet you!
PHILOSOPHY
I want to find the balance between personal authenticity and satisfaction in life. I am constantly striving to connect the things around me into a cohesive whole. One person, one idea, one thing at a time. I don't want to make everyone and everything the same, but I believe that everything is intimately connected and the sooner we can come to understand that, the happier we'll be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Travel is definitely high on my priority list, but I'm more interested in getting to know people than monument bagging. I also love hosting and showing people around when I can. Right now I'm trying to get more involved in the Boulder community, find some new haunts, and make some new friends!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed in La Spezia, Italy, Paris, and in Ireland. I've hosted a number of travelers now and corresponded with many more. I also love attending CS events like potlucks and awesome rollerskating parties! I've made tons of friends with CS hosts and it's been fantastic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to China as a senior in high school and climbed part of the Great Wall. I've stayed in a barrio in Juarez, Mexico, traveled across Europe alone, and sung in St Stephen's basilica in Budapest. I just finished my Master's in the UK and I'm addicted to living abroad.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd like to learn some of any language you speak!
I can teach you how to play nertz (or pounce), a ridiculous card game. I can teach yoga, bookbinding, and basic rock climbing, languages, singing! I'm also good at troubleshooting basic ipod and computer problems :)
