I am a political science student in Cairo University, graduating in about one year (hopefully :D). I have many different interests in life and in the past 3 years or so, I developed a growing interest in environmental issues and activism. It's also worthy to note that I'm a huge history buff, a cat person and a (procrastinating) bookworm :D And generally, I'm a friendly, and usually calm person except in cases of excitement then I become over the top enthusiastic :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've only been here for a year or so on Couchsurfing; because I've only just recently found out about it. There are two main reasons why I am on here. First, as a travel enthusiast, I find this website very important to help me with my travel plans not just accommodation-wise but also through recommendations and tips. Second, while I might not always be able to host travellers, I am always up for helping visitors to Egypt with reccommendations, advice, tips and of course if they would like to meet up : )

Music: I love all genres except house music, country, heavy metal :D

Movies: I LOVE Wes Andreson movies, also I have a thing for French movies. I'm mostly interested in independent films (especially those of the Arab World) rather than commercial films.
