About Me
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a suburb of Seattle called Bellevue, and then I lived on my own in Olympia for four years as a student and then a Preschool teacher. Now I am teaching general and business English at University Montesquieu (Bordeaux) and living with my wonderful boyfriend and his (interesting...) family. I like reading comics (favorite francophone: Tintin; favorite anglophone: Calvin and Hobbes) and paying 9 euros at the cinema to see movies on the big screen.
I'm interested in working in translation, but my personal taste? I like the world in V.O. (version originale)
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is that all is fair on the dance floor.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted two surfers from the site, and one friend, all of which offered me insight and very wonderful experiences. I am no longer able to host in my current situation, but down the line I plan to have a comfortable, welcoming, and active couch.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed upon arriving in Bordeaux until I found an apartment. I have also couchsurfed in other cities, and have always been welcomed wonderfully and readily!
