Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn from travelling the most I can! And possibly have some fun as well! I have such a deep passion for travelling: it is always worth and wonderful. This is all I want to do!
ABOUT ME
I am a vegan but no militant at all. I do not eat animal products out of respect but no worries: it is easy to feed me with fruit and vegetables! I also do not drink any alcohol: I just do not enjoy it! Animal and environment lover. Pretty strange character for the rest. Polite alwyas!
PHILOSOPHY
The most given path in life is the exactly the one you should decide not to follow!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am the biggest advertiser for this site ever! I worked for over a year in a youth hostel and I was telling everyone to surf it next time!
I have surfed several times via this site and so far the experience has been just amazing! I am looking forward to do it more!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Quite a few now... from Estonia to Italy passing by Spain... it has always been great! And I can add some informal couch surfing experiences: in Kazakstan and Tajikistan, people just insisted to have me in their house and it was just wonderful! The world needs more of these experiences.
Interests
To find out which direction I exactly want to go. For the rest, most of the arts.
I am addicted to learning: not only proper academic subjects but also manual skills! Knitting, upholstery, stone carving, embroidery, furniture restoration... all stuff I have learned! And I need more and more and more!

Music, Movies, and Books
BOOKS- I have devoted three years to read all the classics written about Utopian and Distopian realities. In my list so far Utopia (Thomas More), The Republic, The City Of Sun, Island (Huxley) and others. I am now taking this interest at the PhD level (starting with a master in 2012).
As for movies, I say no no no to horrors, thrillers and Hollywood flicks and yes yes yes to art house. The smaller budget and least likely origin the better.
As for music, my interests shift: at the minute I am kind of stuck on 50s and 60s female singers, from Ella Fitzgerald to Doris Day, but I also love anything on Constellation Records.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchiking on the Panamericana at the border between Bolivia and Peru' on the drug lords area. How I happened to do that is a long story. Maybe when I see you in person....
Teach, Learn, Share
I have trained recently as a bike mechanic and I volunteer for a cycling group: if you have a bike, I can help and advice! I can share cooking, traveling stories and I can teach you knitting if you are interested!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Not sure what this questions means... I am happy to share my experiences, tales about my life, food I have, food I can cook... what else? Nobody has ever said talking with me was boring!
