About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore!

ABOUT ME

Since finishing university and working abroad a bit, I started my career and feel that I still have so much to see and do and working does not stop me from doing that.I am interested in history and culture and am always ready to go and do something different.I am open minded and am always interested in hearing peoples informed opinions!I love trying new things and am most happy when exploring.

PHILOSOPHY

If you always did what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Day one on CS for me. I currently live in brentwood which is near london, but probably wont generate much international interest. I also work alot. But if anyone wants to come to see it I have a large couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about it from a friend

Interests

I am interested in everything really. I enjoy anything with a motor and recently bought  motorbike.I like horses and would love to ride moreI studied Ancient History, so anything to do with that is brilliantI am interested in people/culture and love a good night in or out over wine and foodLove animals

Music, Movies, and Books

I could make lists but there's not much point. Music taste is very varied. Anything from Arabic Pop, Classical, Techno, Death Metal, Emo, Indie to whistling in the shower; I love!Movies; or films....anything thought provoking, or somehting to turn the brain off and just enjoy fighting and explosions...Love reading, happy to share thoughts and reccomendations. Some that I can think of on the top of the head; knowledge of angels, alamut, the art of happiness(live your life by this book), the swan thieves

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered for a NGO in the West Bank, teaching english and sport to kids which was amazing experience for me and I travelled around the biblical places whihc was awesome. Met some fantastic people and fell in love with shisha and falafel!

Teach, Learn, Share

UNfortunatley this space is somewhat embarrassing. I am not a master of anything to be so confident to say that I can teach someone something. But I am a good sound board for ideas, advice.I got pretty good at writing CVs/ Interviews so maybe could help there.I am quickly learning WHAT NOT TO SAY, in the corporate enironment so I can share experiences!Gym advice (do as I teach not as I do)Id love to learn more about metal work so if anyone out there can help with that Id love to speak to you!
