Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Get a couch and destroy my ignorance of other cultures
ABOUT ME
I have just finished my degrees and all I can say is that I want to go out there and travel before I start the next stage. I'd like to start getting my doctorate in Economics next year so I think the best thing for now is to run around and get into as much new stuff as I can. I love reading, writing and music both as a consumer and as a practitioner. Although I can be reserved and shy I enjoy being around people a lot and I can be pretty loud with my friends. I am someone who wants to explore, learn, and laugh his ass off at least a lot of the time.
PHILOSOPHY
Be open and be patient.

Music, Movies, and Books
Sideways, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Godfather, The Shining, A Scanner Darkly, The Kill Bill Series, The Big Lebowski, The Southerner, ...god I dunno so many. Music: John Frusciante, Dot Hacker, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, R.E.M., Tool, Wayne Krantz, Beck, are my big guys. Books: Infinite Jest, To Kill a Mockingbird, Catcher in the Rye, The Great Gatsby, Dune, The Old Man and The Sea, A Wrinkle in Time, others I can't remember now.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first kiss and writing my first working piece of computer code. Seeing severe poverty in India left a mark on me too.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am talented at my studies and I love applying them to my everyday life. Perhaps I could offer a new perspective on societal and cultural changes...or just a good talk! I can program at an intermediate level in Java and Python. I also love writing short stories. As far as learning goes, I am always hungry.
